According to CIMB Research, consumer loan growth is expected to ease from 10 to 11 per cent this year,<br /><br />In a note, CIMB Research Analyst ,Winson Ng, said that the moderation would mainly come from the residential mortgage segment, which had been growing rapidly at 12 to 14 per cent year-on-year since July 2010.
